1. SF Runs Update

It has been a fun year so far at SF Runs -- we've continued to host community runs and members have participated and cheered for their fellow runners at many local races. Members also achieved a number of milestones, including some who completed their first half-marathon and marathon!

2. Run through North Beach at the Statuto Race (June 2)

We are less than two weeks away from the 99th edition of the Statuto Race -- the only race in San Francisco that starts and finishes in North Beach! All participants receive a t-shirt, 20% discount to Sports Basement, and more. There are awards for top finishers, a raffle for all participants, and an optional bottomless mimosa brunch after the race. The event features an 8K run and 2 mile walk.

3. Celebrate Global Running Day on June 5

SF Runs is teaming up with the San Francisco Giant Race, SFRRC, and Sports Basement Presidio for a fun and free event to celebrate Global Running Day on June 5th! This event will include a scenic 4 - 6 mile run, followed by complimentary post-run refreshments. The first 100 participants will also receive a Giant Race themed Bruce Bochy bobblehead.
