Welcome to the latest edition of the SF Runs newsletter. If you are running in one of the SF Marathon races on Sunday have a great race!

1. SF Marathon Post-Race Party!

Celebrate your achievement at the SF Runs office at Pier 26 (located near the finish line). We'll provide the food and fun -- all you need to do is bring your medal! The party is on Sunday from 9:30 am - 11:30 am. Admission is free; donations are welcome. RSVP via Facebook.

2. Cheer and Celebrate with Back on My Feet San Francisco

If you aren't racing on Sunday you can join Back on My Feet SF at one of their designated cheering stations at the SF Marathon. BoMF has members & volunteers running and your cheering will be appreciated! If you're interested in participating send an e-mail to [email protected]

BoMF is also hosting a post-race party starting Sunday at 9:30 am at Crunch Fitness (345 Spear Street). This event will include music, stretching equipment, and smoothies! The SF Runs community is invited to attend -- RSVP via e-mail to [email protected]

5. Next Community Run - Tuesday 7/25

SF Runs continues to host free community runs! Our next run will be Tuesday 7/25 @ 6:20 pm and will start/finish at SF Runs office @ Pier 26. Three and four mile routes are available. All paces are welcome and gear check is provided. RSVP via Facebook.
