1. Run with Meb Keflezighi (October 15)

Four-time Olympian and NYC & Boston marathon champion Meb Keflezighi will visit SF in October! Runners will have an opportunity to meet Meb and join him in a fun run.

This event will be on October 15 at Sports Basement's Presidio location. More information is available here.

2. Pedestrian-Bicycle Path to Be Added to Richmond-San Rafael Bridge

The SF Bay Conservation and Development Commission recently approved a four-year pilot project that will create a pedestrian-bicycle path across the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge!

Work will start this Fall and is scheduled to be completed in 12 - 18 months. More information is available here and posted on SFRuns.com.

5. Next Free Community Run - Sept. 27 @ 6:30 pm at Pier 26

SF Runs will host its next free 4 mile community run along the Embarcadero on September 27 @ 6:30 pm. All paces are welcome and gear check is available.

These runs start and finish at SF Runs office @ Pier 26. RSVP via the Facebook event page.

I'm also working on scheduling some additional community runs for the Fall season. Let me know if you have suggestions for days/times/locations!
